Identifiers: Grounds (about four acres) are ringed with a razor fence that's three layers deep and also covered in powerful wards and antlers.

If visitors arrive by lamp, they will appear in front a farmhouse of mid-century Australian design.
Behind the house is a gated courtyard, which contains:
- Newly-constructed stables for resident horses Zelda (a whippet of a thoroughbred racer) and Aoife (an enormous shire)
- Partially-finished iron and glass greenhouse that's behind the stables
- A long row of hoop houses to the side (for seedling work until the greenhouse is completed)
- A Guardian Tree behind the greenhouse
- A path up to the great barn where the chickens and a workshop tenuously share space
- A few other outbuildings on a quarter of an acre or so
This inner compound is where most of the action takes place. Even when it's dark, an enormous flock of chickens are often out and scratching around for moonlit treats. These are normal chickens, in many breeds, but...curiously, some of them are wearing little crochet hats. (A tradition started by Raleigh Becket, one of the farm's previous owners. It still continues under the new stewards.)
Chuck Hansen and Raleigh put months of constant hard labor into getting this project off the ground, and it shows. The entire place is thriving with lush gardens both floral and edible, originally helped along by Raleigh's power shift, and continues to be maintained by generous Sleepers and Trenchies alike. Machinery dots the property, along with palettes of wooden egg boxes and straw. A military ATV is parked behind the back of the house (the wraparound porch of which looks out over the busy hub behind).

How are they contributing? Sersi's been helping Raleigh with the soil and water, using her powers to change trash and scraps to either of those that are needed/when needed.
Part-time or full-time? Part time/as needed
Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? Honestly, she's just excited to see the farm continue to thrive.
Anything else? Sersi's happy to spend whatever time is needed to help the farm. Creating soil and water isn't her only way of helping- she has a pretty good green thumb/has a lot of experience (thousands of years) with farming.

How are they contributing? gardening/harvesting, hauling straw+whatever else needs hauling. Helping with construction and maintenance. Security. Kinda whatever is needed at any given time, if there is something he doesn't know he can be taught. Fast learner.

Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? not sure as of now!
Anything else? he was mostly working for Raleigh to have access to fresh ingredients, but the overall importance of the farm to Trench isn't lost on him at all. He'd be willing to do more if volunteers were in short supply.

How are they contributing? sansa doesn't need another job but she'll help out a little with admin stuff out of respect for raleigh and in exchange for fresh produce

Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? send npcs from the sanctuary over as farmhands, help them acquire any additional livestock, leatherwork repairs, provide mending and clothes for farm workers
Anything else? if a live-in npc caretaker is needed to keep the farm running long-term she can find one!

How are they contributing? He can do just about everything, having a canon background in farming etc. He also has a stable in Cellar Door where he tends to a cow and horses and has some large carts. He has and can transport goods as well as build structures etc. He can also teach anyone who needs it in how to tend to farm stuff, he may just ask they help out at his stable sometimes too lol. He'll work for food and also trade because he has a dairy cow… so need milk? He got it.

Anything else? He was friends with Raleigh and also helped at the farm in April with keeping plants alive with his powers to create/emit sun/star energy. So he's down to help however he can, he just has his own place to tend to so it's part-time.
Re: Sign-ups
How are they contributing? Gardening, harvesting, help with the animals. As the goat stuff revs up, he'll be particularly useful there, since he took care of a herd of creatures somewhere between a horse and goats in his previous game, for both dairy and wool production.
Part-time or full-time? Part time! Probably 2 full shifts a week and available to be called in for odd jobs/emergency
Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? GOATS!
Anything else? While he certainly does the hands on hard work of farming, he also sporadically uses the Force to channel bits of life energy to the plants, especially when they are fragile seedlings. Can also be spotted meditating by the guardian tree, which I imagine to can be a positive feedback loop for both him and tree, with anti-corruption effects getting a small boost for both of them.

How are they contributing? He'll be using his blood powers to try and rid the soil of corruption. It'll be a struggle at first but eventually he'll start to get a bit better.

Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? More animals for meat!
Anything else? He's not a team player at all so asking him to contribute more than he wants to will be an exercise in futility. That being said, people he actually likes might be able to get some work out of him beyond just the purification.

How are they contributing? Security, heavy lifting (super strength!) and other unskilled labor e.g. harvesting. He's intelligent, hardworking, and learns fast, but he knows nothing of farming.
Part-time or full-time? Part-time, since April when Raleigh ran it.
Stuff they'd be excited to see or do in the future? Midoriya knows nothing, but Paul Atreides (boyfriend 1 of 2) is very interested in soil purification and ecology. Midoriya might ask to bring samples home.
Anything else? Can't believe I didn't see this post till now. If Midoriya's snafu trying to save the Bugge would be grounds to fire or suspend him, lmk! Love to ruin his day.
