Ohhh I love this! Having characters with powers that help restrain and contain beasts until one of the characters with purification abilities or items can take care of them is perfect, and both he and Todoroki have that then. I'll go back and edit in it, but anyone patrolling for beasts would currently be given hope orbs to have on them as well to help in a pinch since a lot are being donated. And any equipment Viktor ends up inventing haha.
