Patron Pthumerians are similar to the zodiac signs of this world - so they would be directly connected to your character's Blessed Days. Blessed Days can be canonical birthdays or a significant date from their life (ie; their wedding/the day they finally got revenge/etc). We know not all characters have linear calendar days or calendar days similar to our own, so players can always make up a random day or just pick whichever Patron they like best. It's a flexible system! So...Basically do what you want! You can make it as significant or insignificant as you like.
